Joyce has been a quality enthusiast through her professional career and engagement with people. She has been at the forefront of quality systems delivery and customer relations issues in every project she handles. She has a professional certificate in SGS-IRCA-2021, ISO 9001:2015 and an MBA in Total Quality Management. With her unique skills in leadership & management, conflict resolution, relationship building & management, negotiation, and communication, she has impacted the lives of many who are within her circles. 

Joyce, with a relentless passion, has worked as a women’s coordinator and leader within her local church, district and zonal levels. All children who come into her warm arms find comfort. She loves to speak with adults and coach the young ones to take the right decisions that will positively impact their homes. Her hope is that all families will be an epitome of the proposed family as instituted by God.
