Welfare Society of Adventist Girls Donates To Kumasi Children’s Home

The welfare society of the Ntonso Adventist Girls Senior High School in the Kwabre East Municipal Education Directorate in the Mountain View Ghana Conference paid a courtesy call on Kumasi Children’s Home to donate items worth an amount of Six Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHs6,000.00) on the 23rd July, 2022 at the Kumasi Children.

Welfare Society of Adventist Girls Donates To Kumasi Children’s Home

The welfare society of the Ntonso Adventist Girls Senior High School in the Kwabre East Municipal Education Directorate in the Mountain View Ghana Conference paid a courtesy call on Kumasi Children’s Home to donate items worth an amount of Six Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHs6,000.00) on the 23rd July, 2022 at the Kumasi Children. The donation was made to climax the Annual Welfare week of the church.

Items include sanitary pads, toiletries, soft drinks, clothes, etc.

According to the Assistant School Chaplain, Ps. Alfred Owusu Nyarko the girls of the school saw the need to support the less privileged children as their social responsibility.

Some of the tutors Stephen Eld. Stephen Agyekum, Mrs. Christiana Obeng Mensah also share their thought with Hope Adventist News said as Christians it is our sole duty to support the poor and needy among us and that is exactly what the welfare society of Adventist girls SHS have done.

One of the student Miss Celestine Abena Anim Kwaofie in response to how the items were brought together said both boarders from the various houses and day students of the school contributed massively.
